Community Homeowner’s Association
The 68 acres of common area throughout Carillon will be one of the biggest draws for Southlake families. The Carillon Homeowners Association (HOA) will maintain all of the entrances, landscaped boulevards, beautiful parks and landscaped greenbelts, walking trails, the tree preserve, lake areas and Village Green for all resident's enjoyment. Dads will enjoy taking the kids to the 13-acre lake to fish while moms and kids can enjoy picnics, walks or bike rides along the trails that wind throughout Carillon in harmony with 100-year old oaks.
The HOA will also maintain the front yards within the enclosed courtyards of The Villas neighborhoods, allowing residents to enjoy low maintenance living in high style at Carillon.
